The Series Column

KS4 Performance measures are a recent addition to the analysis available in Alps Connect with KS5 Performance measures also scheduled for release in due course.

Within the import wizard of gradepoints there is now the option to import a new field - Series - to indicate the exam season of the grades that are being imported.

As the series column is required for an accurate calculation of the performance measures a critical error message will be displayed in step 9 of the import wizard when the Series column is missing/blank in your import dataset.

This field can be ignored and left blank for all records by clicking Remove remaining rows from import.

Alternatively, all records can be updated within the import wizard by selecting a value to assign to the records from the dropdown menu. (Recommended)

Note that for in year monitoring gradepoints we recommend selecting the series value which reflects that date when the final outcomes for that subject will be achieved.
